Recently purchased this item http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=107884356 and was wondering if I got a good deal? It was a nice looking gun, with fairly favorable reviews, that seemed decently priced, but figured I would ask to see how burned I may have/or have not got.

Good, thats what I like to hear! I have shot a few 1911's in my time, and loved them, so I imagine I will like this one as well. Now the biggest task will be finding some magical way to afford th shot my .45 glock and .45 1911! lol

Pretty good 1911 for the money. Mine had a couple of quality control issues but S&W resolved them. Other than that it shot well and was reliable. Good find!
