What are the physical differences between the internals (mainspring type/weight, mainspring cap, pin, etc) for fullsize MSH vs Bobtail MSH vs Officer's MSH? And for the sake of completeness, what about the SA ILS internals?

Just something I've been thinking about lately, since I am looking at having bobtail work done on a commander. I've heard that the bobtail housings use officer's internals, but what are the differences with the fullsize? Just different mainspring weights, or something more?

A quick visit to Wolff Gunsprings web site should provide info on options between OACP & Govt model mainsprings, I would think.

I've never replaced one of mine, but I would think the OACP spring is a bit stouter & a bit shorter in OAL. I'm also betting the mainspring caps will be the same. (Both of these are SWAG's only!    )
