I just picked up one from Cabela's.  The frame is FDE, but the slide and backstraps are black.  S&W sells FDE backstraps for less than $5 I believe.  They sell it as a range and carry kit so it comes with three mags.  I think they normally sell it for $580, got mine on sale for black friday for $520, which is what the LGS has the normal all black range and carry kit for.





For what it's worth, mine has a test fire date of September, but it has ALL the new features installed.  I haven't had the chance to shoot it yet, but dry firing the trigger feels great, zero grit, and if I keep the trigger pulled, pull back the slide to reset the striker, and then release the trigger I can feel a very obvious trigger reset.  I think this is going to be an excellent shooter.
