Anything wrong with the Springfield double stack 1911A1s? I'm thinking of trading for one and just want to know if they had any problems.

I read a few reports of frames cracking but I still want one

I cracked my frame 2 (maybe 3) times iirc then tradded it to the GS the day it came back.

trigger, magazine well, magazines, grips, are of para type. Just about everything else is std 1911.

I had a double stack plane jane gi. After about 500 rounds i took it to get a ramp job and tune the extractor slightly because i was dodging brass every shot. After that shot 110%. I was gonna do a bunch to it but ended up trading it for a motorcycle like 3 years ago. Kicking myself for it now but oh well.
