| I had a positive purchase from them. I bought a threaded barrel, thread protecter, and a couple of pierce plugs to get to the higher discount. Part of my order was backordered (the pierce plugs), but they gave me the discount and then shipped the plugs later when they came in. I came out a few dollars ahead because the shipping was reduced on the first order, and not charged on the back order. Plus my CC expired 12/12 and the backordered items didn't ship till 1/13, they emailed and then called (within a few minutes) to get my updated CC info. |
