I carry a Kahr PM9 daily.  It goes with me in a pocket holster about 99% of the time.

Even thought the 7rd "extended" mags are small, I can't bring myself into carrying extra reloads since I have one pocket gone for the gun and the other pocket carries keys, phone, cash, etc.

Anyone have a good way to carry 2 or 3 of these small mags?  Pocket pouch? IWB carrier?

The pocket pouches I have seen are only for 1 mag and it seems like a waste to loose a whole pocket for only 1 small mag.

Maybe a double mag pocket holster?

Cargo shorts or pants, I believe 5.11 make some with built in mag carriers.

Just put a mag carrier on the belt, IWB or otherwise.

Make the decision to carry them.  They could be very usefull.  Malfunctions can often be caused by mags..............clearing malfunctions can often involve dropping the onboard mag, and slapping a new one in.

And personally, 7 measly rounds is NOT enough to be fully prepared with.  The whole bullshit about "most defensive encounters require 3 or 4 rnds max." or whatever they say................forget that.  That would be in a BEST case scenario, and we don't plan for the BEST case, now do we, we hope for the best, but plan for the WORST, that's why we're armed to begin with.

Mags can malfunction.  Always carry a second mag.

I would suggest open carrying a rifle as well if it is legal.  This way you will be better prepared.

Damn straight.  Having extra magazines is damn important.  It can make the difference, whether you're needing more ammo or getting that gun back into the fight.
