Are the Glock FDE magazines available or are they a military only product?
I know they made them for an Army unit that does not exist, but are they out there for regular guys? |

I tried this the other day on a whim with a factory 22rd .40 mag. Held 25 9mm and fed all rounds fine through a 19. Definitely not stable enough for defensive use, but it works well enough for plinking. ETA, I have one of these OD mags. It does not match the OD frame from Glock, but is a perfect match to my factory Dark Earth 19. It goes in my collection of rare Glock stuff with my orange G22 mag. |

Whats strange is they match neither Glock's or Magpul's FDE or OD. Not sure where the color came from. They match my Gen 3 and Gen 4 FDE 22s just fine. |

Yup, I had to run a steel challenge match with .40 mags. Somehow my g17 mags didn't make it back into my range bag the night before. They ran without a hiccup surprisingly, though I only loaded them to 10. |
