Picking up my first Hi-Power this weekend. Thinking about a C&S no bite hammer. I have big meat puppets for hands, ya'll think i need it?  And also, will the C&S drop in or does it usually need fitting?

I needed a replacement hammer and sear on a bubba'ed FEG I bought used and per the staff at KBI, browning parts should drop in - and did.
A few years later I added an SFS system to an FEG and per C&S they again indicated it should drop right in with minimal fitting. That also proved to be the case with the hammer and sear dropping in and the safety lever needing minor fitting. Based on that advice and experience, I'd suggest that the C&S kit should drop into a PJK-9HP with little or no fitting. |
