Proud owner of an FN FNX 45 in FDE/Black checking in. Where the heck can I buy mags for it? I like to have at least 10 mags for each handgun and None of the normal places I buy from have them. Also is there a way to buy a threaded barrel without buying the tactical?

I would have bought the tactical but wanted the black slide/ FDE frame combo which they don't offer in the tac model.

I have a black fnx 45 and just bought a black tactical today. Mags are impossible to find. Threaded barrel......more impossible. Not even on the fn site. If you find something, let us know.

Threaded barrels *should* be out in about a year going by the history of the FNP threaded barrel availability. Some people have said already- Find someone in Cali that want's a Tac and trade a standard barrel with their threaded. Win-Win for both of you.

I don't know what it is about the BLK/FDE. It just outshoots my other FNX 45s. Smoother; more accurate.
Email me if your interested in mags. I got a bunch in both colors and will make a smoking deal on some.

Unfortunately per FNH (about 2 weeks ago) replied to my email and stated that they have no interest at this time to offer the 45 tac barrel as an accessory purchase. However, they have plans of a FNX 45C.
