Does fail zero work? I was thinking about getting a G21 for shtf and getting it treated with this.

Allow me to be the first to ask....why?

Not quite sure what practical application it would have for a Glock.  Regardless, I'm not sure of anyone having done this, best bet might be to contact whoever applies the finish and see if it can be done.

Cause a regular Glock isn't "good enough". Got money to throw away.

No.

Glocks allready come with a great metal finish.

I think NP3 would make a lot more sense, if you're looking for a self-lubricating coating.   That's about all Fail Zero would bring to a Glock.

I'm not a huge Glock fan (meaning I agree they are a good gun but I like others better), but the one thing they have got right is their finish/metal treatment.  Why try to fix something that isn't broke?  Spend the money on a few spare parts and extra mags.

Yes, failzero does work, but on a Glock I'm not seeing it as cost effective.  That and they are no longer doing individual weapons as a service.  They are now only doing batch process for manufacturers and distributors.  Reconfiguring to do various individual pieces was not cost effective at the price point.

if there is one thing about glocks that everyone can agree on its that they use a very good quality finish.
some people have alot of issues with glocks but the finish just isnt something that needs much improving short of just wanting something a different color

As note above, their website states they are no longer accepting private weapons for coating.
