Congrats..After 10 years of 1911's and H&K's, I bought my first Glock about 7 months ago (actually bought two the same day (1) BNIB Gen3 G17 / (1) used Gen4 G17). I've been kicking myself in the ass the past 7 months for not giving them a 2nd chance after so many years.
the first time I ever shot a glock was about 4 years ago and it was a G21. I didn't like the way it fit in my hand cause it seemed too large for me. Since that was the only time I was able to handle one, I kind of just left it at that and never gave it a second thought. Finally was able to shoot a G17 and I wanted one for Competitions since the .45ACP 1911 made capacity an issue during some stages..I'm at a point where I don't ever break the 1911's out of the safe anymore  ..i think I'm a converted Glock Fanboy for life!!!
