They will replace it, you just gotta pay shipping both ways... I have the same problem but I swapped the slides with my .22LR. Eff Sig...lol more than one way to skin a cat.

If you call em with an attitude youll get pissed. Honestly just like H&K they make a world renowned product and they know it, so they simply wont take BS from the average consumer. Treat them with respect and all will be well. Ive had them ship me free parts when others said they needed to pay, its all about your approach sometimes...
