I just put a surefire x300 ultra on my fnp45 tactical. I was suprised to see the amount of flex on the frame when putting downward pressure on the bezel. I put the light on my friends identical handgun, and it flexed just as easily. Believe me, I didn't get crazy cranking on it....but the frame wasn't as rigid as I thought it would be.
My only worry was, what if I was using my handgun, and snagged the light on something.....could it break the frame? Have any of you noticed this also? And it could be I'm just worrying about things that are irrelevant. Thanks, Phillip |
