I know you guys are going to get sick of me asking all these dumb questions, but here it goes anyway. I have a G19 and G17, both 2nd generation guns. Here in MA, there were very few 3rd generation guns that are grandfathered into being "compliant" with MA laws (they would have to have been made prior to 10-21-98). I would like to use my Streamlight M3, so will Glock swap frames for a fee? |

I called Georgia and asked. The answer is no. Because of new serial numbers. I am going to try and send it through an FFL in NH and see if that works. The MA pistol law only affects dealers so we can break it all the time I guess. I would normally not want a rail, but because they say I cannot have one I want it more

| The only problem with getting a gun from an FFL dealer is NH is that he would have to transfer it to you through an FFL in MA, who would then be in violation and could get the fine. You can buy a long gun out of state, but not a handgun, unless you are also a NH resident. Then, you can legally buy in both states. |
