| I recently sent a G26 to Glock to install factory night sights. I noticed the front sight was dead. Do you think Glock will replace it for free? What is the warranty for Glock Brand Night Sights? |

My G21 FS gets occluded by powder, clean as suggested with some rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip.
If the Tritium tube cracks then the gas will leak out and the sight will no longer fluoresce. That's the only thing I can think of that will make it go "out". Over time they dim but they don't usually just go out. |

I've gotten an average of about 10 years out of mine. I just drop some white paint in them and make them regular sights after that. I think Tritium shelf life is 10 years, or so I remember hearing at one point in time. I think. Suppousedly 12 years at 100% and another 12 at 50%. Or at least that's what I read somewhere some time ago. HTR. |
