Anybody ever have a G19 go full auto on them?  I was at the range today and I was shooting my new used 2nd gen G19 when it went full auto.  I stripped the slide down and all the internal parts that are supposed to be dry had a lot of oil.  I removed the oil and I had no other problems.  My guess is the firing pin safety block was not working properly due the oil.

What do ya'll think?

I had a G17 go full auto on me once.  It was a first gen. that was bought as soon as they were available, then rented at an indoor range.  This thing had over 200,000 rounds through it (my friend worked there and they were keeping track).

I forget what it was, but they replaced one part and it was back in service the next day.

Seen it a few times with various glocks. Usualy it's junk in the firing pin channel. Such as brass shavings

Get one that's meant to go full auto!  Glock 18!

I've shot one and it was more fun than the UMP or M4 I got to shoot.
