Just wanted to see if anyone else noticed this, or had the same thing going on with their G43. I have owned 11 new Glocks over the 10 years. The only calibers i've never owned are the 45 GAP and the 357 SIG. I'm not an expert on the mechanical operation of any tool but after having used Glocks for a period of time I believe I know when something is different. The trigger on my 43 hurts my trigger finger after about 36-48 rounds. This has never happened to me before with a Glock, and im a big fan of my G43 but the problem is present every time I go to the range with it. I thought it might be the recoil slapping my finger but I dont think its that. When the gun is empty and I dry fire it the center blade in the trigger doesnt seem to depress into the trigger all of the way. My G26 trigger goes basically flush and doesn't hurt my finger but m 43 doesn't go flush and seems to stay out enough to cause this issue.
Anyone else with a G43 and some Glock experience having a similar experience? Just curious because it is preventing me from shooting more than 100 rounds with this gun each time I go out. -So far I have around 1180 rounds through the gun, just FYI incase that would matter. Thanks, Woody |

Woody, the safety lever stands out too far on the 42 and 43 for some reason.
You can use a piece of sand paper to smooth it out on a piece of dowel or, what I did is use a small felt wheel on my Dremel, low speed, and just smooth the serations and the lever. Made all the difference. I will be replacing the trigger shoe on mine tomorrow with a Kineti-Tech straight shoe. Hoping this will give me a new dimension for the trigger. Dave N |

I replaced the serrated trigger with a smooth Glock trigger last year and it made a big difference. Non-serrated trigger install on G43 |
