I've been eying a G-Code OSH with the RTI mounting system for my 4" M&P. It's my duty weapon so it goes to and from work with me. The holster would not be used for duty, we don't get to pick our holster, it would be for off duty carry and transport. I love the easy on/easy off feature of the RTI system, i.e. a vehicle mount for driving around, etc. My preferred method of carry is IWB, it just works for me.

Anyone have any experience carrying the OSH in the IWB adapter rig they offer? It seems like it would be a cost-effective single holster, for any number of situations (probably why they created it)? Anyone with any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Check out Safariland QLS system.  I just find Safariland to be of better quality.

ETA: better quality for my preferences.

I have one for my G26 in multicam.  Although mine is on a paddle and can't comment on the IWB, I can tell you that it is a very high quality holster.  I think the thickness of the RTI mount is what prevented me from going that route.  But, I can definitely see where it might come in handy for using on your belt, chest rig and vehicle mount.
