I have a galco FLETCH holster to wear when I am out at the deer lease and it is not easy trying to pull the gun. You have to use two hands or it will pull the hole rig up and your belt. Do you have to break it in or is there a way to stretch the leather out a little.

Thanks, Dave

I usually spray some silicone in mine to soften them up.  Sort of like with a ball glove.  I have done this to my IWB galco's, and can still return the gun to the holster with one hand - ie, no collapsing.

The guys at Milt Sparks told me not to use any kind of oil to soften their leather.  They recommended putting the gun in a plastic bag and then holstering it.

Also, it may help to get a stiffer belt.
