| I took my new G19 out to the range last week with a buddy and we ran 200 rounds through her. I was using Walmart Winchester ammo and my buddy bought some PMC. The failure to load was him using the PMC and happened around the 2nd or 3rd round in the magazine. Does this typically indicate a problem with the magazine, or is it the ammo and/or Glock? I marked the magazine anyway so that I could keep an eye on it and ditch it if it happens again. |

was this the only malfunction in 200 ronds with a brand new pistol?
if so don't over analyze- no gun is perfect even a glock. Obviously if the malfunction becomes consistent then it is a problem. All semi autos are going to bobble once in a while- it is simply the nature of the beast- wether it is dirt a mag ammo whatever- no one should ever expect 100% perfect reliability out of any handgun even a revolver- too many variables in a product made by the hand of man. |
