Which trigger is everyone recommending for the Gen 4 Glocks? I'm looking to improve the trigger in my Gen 4 G17 but I know the Gen 4's are another animal when compared to the previous generations. What say you?

I'm going to install 6 lbs spring and Ghost 3.5 lbs connector and polish contact points. That's all

I learned this from another member here: OEM 3.5 connector and competition spring. It's really nice and can't be beat for the money. I don't bother with the parts polishing.

I run for carry comp trigger reset spring and my 17 I run Glock - connector and comp TRS.  The main thing that makes the Glock trigger feel better is the TRS it makes the reset more positive and the trigger weight drops about a pound ..... The best part is it takes that mushy clunk feel out of the break of the striker.

Zev competition spring and connector kit.  Leave the stock firing pin spring in for reliability.

I just put in a Rocket 3.5, six # spring, smooth trigger and trigger spring in my G19 gen 4 yesterday.  I had issues with the trigger safety not resetting.  I consulted with Ghost this morning and they walked me through trouble shooting.  According to Ghost, the channel that the striker assembly goes in is slightly smaller on the Gen 4 causing it to hang a little.  It required me to go back to the factory trigger spring to allow trigger safety to reset consistently.

So, my response would be to buy a ghost product because they had someone available to help me trouble shoot over the phone.  Well worth it.  They shipped very quickly as well.

I use a 2nd Gen black serrated trigger and trigger bar in my 3rd and 4th Gen glocks.
