I was looking on Glockstore.com the other night and I found a neet little tool that is a plug for teh Gen 4 Glocks. It allows you to use Gen 3 recoil guide rods and springs. Its a great tool if you want to run say a steel guide rod an da different spring in your Gen 4 Glock. Its just snaps in adn you can use other RSA's from any company.

I got one from Lone wolf and it causes my Gen4 G23 to not lock up into battery after each shot.  Ended up picking up extra factory spring assemblies.  Great concept but didn't work for me.

I also bought one and have had no problems with mine. Slide locks back as it should.
Never hurts to have options available to you.
