I have the opportunity to purchase this model for training purposes. I believe it will be super beneficial to practice the reset of the trigger. Does anyone have any feedback in reference to this weapon? I have heard that the trigger pull and weight is slightly different than a stock Glock. Any input?

They are slightly different.  If the price is right I believe they're a pretty decent training option but not worth what Glock asks for them, you can get a SIRT for less which offers the same things plus the laser.

I wouldn't touch these with a ten foot pole. I've used one extensively, and it took me a while to figure out why my shooting was unraveling. The trigger is not the same, because it goes through a FULL reset each time. You don't experience the abbreviated reset like you'd find after actually firing the gun.

Want a teaching aid? Get a $30 plastic gun. Want to actually train? Get a SIRT. These things are bad news.

The department I work for has one we can check out for dry fire practice. I hate it, trigger is horrible and as someone else noted the reset is the full length instead of the short normal reset.
