What I have:
-Glock 22C -Glock Competition trigger connector (I believe) -Glock Store heavy tungsten Guide Rod -Glock Store extended slide stop lever The slide is not holding back when I finish going through a magazine. Is this caused from the magazine being worn out or somthing else? Any help would be appreciated. |
| As long as the slide catch/ spring is installed properly and your support hand is not interfering with the slide catch I'd suspect defective mag springs and or worn followers. I have had issues with my Glock 27 mag springs going bad and will not lock back on the last round. I've also seen this with a Gen I Glock 17. Changing the mag springs solves the problem. |

My question as well. I've never worn out a Glock magazine spring. I have, however, worn out a Glock slide stop lever by using it to drop the slide. Quoted:

How old/worn/used were your mags? My question as well. I've never worn out a Glock magazine spring. I have, however, worn out a Glock slide stop lever by using it to drop the slide. it was a gen 3 and bought it used about 3 years ago so I don't know exactly how old. In one specific mag I left it fully stacked and I'm sure that it had something to do with it. Reading the reviews on these new springs it says I won't have a problem in the future. |
