So I have a OD glock 37, can I convert it into a 40 cal G22 set up? Can I put a G22 upper on it and change the extractor and make it work? Any information would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

Yes you can, and you may not need to change out the ejector. You won't have to change out the extractor as it will have the correct on in the 22 slide.
