I have 4 mags for my glock 21 and one of them is causing jams, but it worked properly before. Do I throw it away because rebuild kits are more expensive than a new mag? Or should I just buy a new mag spring? the follower doesnt seem deffective.

Call (770) 432-1202 and ask for Tech Services, explain your problem to them and see what they can do for you.  They will probably have you send in your faulty mag and either fix it or send you a new one.

What sort of "jams" are you experiencing?

Change your mag spring in the old mag.  I change mine out once a year and have never had a problem.  Very cheap peace of mind.

I've sent several mags back to Glock/Smyrna for repair/replacement.  I never call, as I can't imagine that they'd tell you anything but to send the mag in.  I just mail 'em, USPS, with a note describing the problem and asking that they be rebuild or replaced.

They always send me either new mags or fix mine, and they pay return postage.
