| Has anyone been able to get ahold of them? Placed my 1st order online Monday and haven't heard anything. It just rings when I try to call. |

I originally placed an order (just mod stuff like tungsten guide rod, safety plunger, 3.5 lb connector, etc.) in the first week of January and it took nearly 5 weeks to get the order. I finally, after 3 weeks of not seeing/hearing anything from them, started to call their number. At first I would just try once or twice a day, finally tried calling back to back until they finally picked up. It seems they have one person that answers phones and zero additional lines to push off to separate departments once they get you to the right person.
Moral of the story, call them like you're trying to be the eighth caller in a radio show contest.... |

They charged my credit card two weeks ago for in stock items. Still have not received anything. I would stay clear of them for now until we see how many of us get ripped off. Have two other friends that ordered in stock items in December and still have not received anything.
