I think that says it all.

I thought the fobus was too flimsy.  I then went to the uncle mikes and again it was too flimsy, I then went to sidearmor and that was just right.  Of course I have been carrying side armor for my glcok for a few years now and shoudl have realized to stick withit...but I have to learn the hard (expensive) way.

Got a bunch of flimsy holsters for sale, let me know.

I never thought they were flimsy myself. If you have something that works then stick with it.

Why? I prefer leather, even though it costs more. It's alittle easier on the finish than kydex.

I have to say that I love my Fobus!  And not in that way for you with dirty minds.  I don't daily cary a sidearm since I live in South Texas and a coat is only needed about six weeks out of the year.  I do carry my G19 from sun up to sundown at the ranch and have found it to be the most comfortable and quickest drawing holster around.  I have noticed that the ends of my slide are somewhat polished off, but I don't ever plan on selling my pistol and I sort of like a well used look.  I don't think that I would ever carry a nice 1911 in a Fobus, but for every day use it is perfect for me.
