Option 1- Police trade in 2nd gen glock 22 with trijicon night sights $200
Option 2- 2nd gen glock 19 with trijicon night sights $300 The glock 22 also comes with five 15 round magazines its a trade in my father bought from his department a while back and he desided he dosent need it. The 19 is a friend of mine's. Both is not an option here They both hold 15rnds so capacity isnt an issue my father said if he knew he was going to be shot at in ten minutes he would rather have the 22 because of its full grip and larger round. This is really being a pain of a decision, any advice is welcome |

What pistol feels better to you, the full size or the compact? Will you be concealing it? What calibers do you already own, and do you want the same or a different caliber? Ask yourself these questions then you'll have your answer.
Price wise they are both a really good deal, with the G22 being a steal. I wouldn't let price be the deciding factor though, get the one you really want. |

Well I have some .40s and some 9mm and the 9 is cheaper ammo. I actually like the feel of both this would be a gun to keep in the pickup or around the house I would use smaller than either for concealed cause Im not supper fond of packing a larger pistol. Ive heard of problems with .40 glocks and told my father of them and he just laughed. But obviously the PD just shoots top notch ammo Im sure. Its not even a joke how close this call is for me! |

I am not a .40 guy, I am a big 9mm and and G19 fan, I have a 26, 19, 17, 34. All that said, for $200 a G22 with 5 mags! Gotta do that.
Hell, that is honestly a 100-150 for the glock and 50 for the mags. Would be a great car gun, etc. One you never have to feel real bad about losing. |

Well both me and him are really into guns and Im sure he knows Im well protected He could care less if I buy his 22 he just know I want to replace my old glock and he dosent want to sell the glock he carried (27). I also have spare g23 mags and a glock light I could trade for some G19 mags if I deside to go that route. Im sure there is no definant answer to this question they are same capacity one is just a bigger pistol with bigger rounds. And one is cheaper to shoot. I wish this was easier |
