I have a G21 that I am considering sending out for a grip reduction. Anyone have any experience or recommendations regarding this? Is it a worthwhile upgrade? Pics?

I did my own on a G22... not so much a "grip reduction" as a "grip angle change"... I wanted my G22 to point the same as my G27. I am VERY happy with the way this turned out. I'll post a pic when I get home.
