Anyone know if the Glock performance trigger will work in a Grit Grips frame?

website says compatible with gen 3 and gen 4 triggers.

The GPT is only compatible with Gen 5  Glocks without modifications


Otherwise it’ll technically fit in the frame

Nope.  

The updated version is sold for Gen4 and Gen5 guns.  It includes the Gen5 backplate.  

People have also installed them in numerous Gen3 frames, including the Grit Grips.

I have one installed in a Dagger frame. Swapped over the backplate on the slide and it works fine. I’d assume it’d fit in that frame as well.
I equate GD as the Westboro Baptist Church of arfcom: fun to mess with on occasion, full of ignorant bastards, and they always try to turn a good thing into something bad.
