Does any one know the value of an excellent condition 1969 C-series Browning Hi-Power? Go and do a search on GunBroker for "power" in the pistol section. Then choose "completed auctions" and then you'll need to scan through and find the auctions where the gun actually sold. There's your actual value. Need good pics to see if your definition of excellent is the same as mine. I;ve seen an auction on gunbroker where the seller claimed pistol was in "excellent condition, some minor pitting on top of slide...". It should go without saying that guns in excellent condition don't have pitting. If your HP doesn't show any wear marks, no scratches, no loss of bluing, has all correct parts, etc the value lies somewhere $600-725. Ocassionally you'll see a GB auction where a C series goes for substancially more, sometimes as little as $450. |
