Does anyone own one of these pistols or the 22 caliber conversion kit? Any comments or complaints about it? Also does anyone know where one would be for sale and if they (the .380 cal) are still in production

Good luck on finding one. I always thought they were like the Glock 25, not enough "points" for importation?

Don't import them anymore because the minimum caliber size is 9mm. I see them on gunsamerica frequently.. sometimes you can get lucky and get the .22, .25, .32, and .380 kit, barrels, and mags. But they aren't cheap.

Well, I was going to recommend HKPRO.com...but they seem to be suffering growing pains right now. In just a quick check of some auctions I found a .380 w/ .22 conversion for somewhere around $3800 in California and a pair of .32 for $3300. They are out there, but they are not easy to find. Your best bet would probably still be to wait until HKPRO gets back up and running and check around there. As far as still being produced, probably. As far as still being imported, doubtful.
