For those that conceal carry HK's, have you ever accidentally struck your mag release? I say this because many of Hk's handguns have their mag release on the trigger guard instead of on the side of the gun. I was going to purchase a H&K full size USP and carry it concealed with the m-tac/ supertuck.

A good holster should shield the mag release to prevent inadvertent mag release on any handgun.  With an HK that means both sides.  I've never had any problem with a USP mag release, the P7M style definitely needs the holster made right to guard the mag release correctly.

Nope. Your finger shouldn't be anywhere near there when drawing or holstering anyways.

Nope. The HK mag release has always been covered by my holsters. Even if it wasn't, it takes some effort to activate it unlike standard grip mounted safeties that just need a little push.

Never.  That goes for my Walther too.

Never. If you're mag is coming out then your holster is way to tight or designed very poorly. A regular American mag release is actually more prone to getting depressed while CCing.

P7PSP Mag heel release ftw!

Actually I have had that pop out a couple times depending on how I sit.

Never had a problem with my USPc .45 or 9mm mag release while carrying.

Im just the opposite.  I had my P7M8 release when sitting.  Never a problem with the SOB holster and my PSP.
