I just bought a slightly used HK USP Compact .45 and  was wondering if any one could recommend some different holster for concealed carry as well as for range use?  Also where would be a good place to purchase more magazines and a set of night sites?

I carry my USP45 fullsize in an MTAC IWB.  Works great.  Many Many people love this holster.

USP mags are exspensive.  I lurk on gun broker and find good deals every once and a while.

You can try over on HK pro for mags. Be aware they take forever to approve your account and they have limits on where you can post until you reach 50 posts.

They are expensive, that's for sure. I was looking for a USP 45 compact, until I saw the mag prices. Then I found a smoking deal on a 40S&W one that came with 4 mags.

Check your IM, I might have a lead on some.

Good luck with mags, they ain't cheap for the USPc .45. glad i convince the shop i got mine from to throw in a 3rd mag.

as for night sights, mine had meprolight tru dots and they work great. no telling how old they are since this gun is used, but they still glow. most people say meprolight or trijicon, the latter being a bit more expensive.

i'm waiting on my crossbreed supertuck to come after reading a lot of good reviews. any of the holsters that are similar to that seem to get good marks as well. on the range or if you can OC, i have a Blackhawk serpa CQC that works great.

I like using Blade-Tech holsters with my USP's.

For mags, you might try "Bugs-n-Bullets", up in Montanna. They're good folks & ship quickly.

CDNN doesn't update their web site too often.

I've called looking for something that was either not listed-or sold out according to the web site. More times than not...it's in stock if you call.

Doesn't hurt to try.
