Hello,

I was just wondering if you could fit standard magazines from a fullsize USP to the compact version?

Thanks a bunch.

No. They will not fit. I think of all the H&K magazines, the only one able to "cross fit" are USP Compact mags into a P2000SK.

The USP Compact mags will fit in the P2000, I'm not sure about the SK. If they do fit in the SK, they stick out past the magwell.

Correct. The question was, can you fit FS USP mags into a Compact. Still "no".

The answer this month is the same as it was last month.

All full size mags of the same caliber work in all full size pistols.**
In other words, the .45 USP mags work in the .45 USP, .45 Tactical, .45 Expert, .45 Match, .45 Elite.
Also, the .45 SOCOM mags will work in any full size USP .45.
However, USP .45 mags will not work in the SOCOM
USP and USPC mags are not interchangeable.
USPC and P2K mags are the same within caliber.
You can use USPC mags in the P2KSK but they will stick out the bottom a bit.
P2K GPM pistols will not work with USPC mags, nor will P2K GMP mags work in the USPC.

**If a 9mm or .40 full size has a Jet funnel installed, they must use the extended capacity "white" mags.  The JF prevents use of standard size mags (10 round and full cap) because they will not lock in.  The "white" mags are 1/2 inch longer in the body.
