Installed some Mcarbo  springs that came with the titanium striker. Now I cycle the slide and the trigger isn't engaging. Also the slide won't come off now because the trigger is dead. I'm thinking I can drive out the pins and remove everything at once. Anyone had a similar experience?

I haven’t taken mine apart but can you take the backplate off with the slide locked back and pull the striker, like on a Glock?

Call McCarbo. They talked me thru a problem I had with incorrect assembly

Got the slide off by removing the back plate and pulling the striker. Tried the factory striker in place of the Mcarbo, with the same results. The trigger is smooth and moves the sear, as it should, however the striker isn't released to fire and racking the slide doesn't cock it. I've torn it completely down and reassembled several times with the same results. Emails to Mcarbo have been ignored, so off to the factory it goes. YouTube searches turned up someone on Reddit with the same issue, but he didn't mention how the issue got resolved. Ppl
