Alright wearin roper boots in regular slacks is there anyway i can feasably conceal a USP Compact .40 in my boot with some holster?

I think that pistol would be a little too big for that. I would carry it on the belt instead. Or get a smaller pistol.

Get a leather holster that works for you, take it and the boot to a boot maker, get him to install it flush with the outside where it's accessible to you. (Maybe cut out a section of the "leg" of the boot, and put the holster in its place)
