I have a TRP S.S. version that I'm thinking about selling. It has wood handles and has at best had no more then 500 rounds fired thought it.  I'm thinking about trading it to a gun shop or maybe posting it in the equipment exchange. I guess my question is what should I be asking for it. I would like to see about $1,000

Based of what I've seen, you could get $1000 easily, probably a little more.  Might want to talk to this guy http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_5_49/130684_SA_TRPs.html&page=1&anc=1373496#i1373496

If you want top possible dollar, don't trade it in to a gun shop.  You will get between 50 and 70 percent(if they are super generous) of what you could get on a private sale.

+1 on listing on the EE. That's where I buy my guns and other crap I don't need!
