I can't believe this, Texas is rated a C by the anti's in their CCW rating.
Gotta love Vermont though with their F- for their CCW laws.

Interesting rating system. If I graded my students using the same type of "non-bias", subjective, system..... You've got to laugh evey now and again.

Out of curiousity and the desire to know how safe my state is, does any one know or know where I could obtain the number of persons liscensed to carry a handgun in Washington?

Here in TX, it is posted on the Dept. Of Safety website. They even have it by City, County or by entire state. Check on the site of the issuing body there in WA and see if they have it posted there.
