Wanting to remove the lanyard stud from my Hi Power, are these pressed in, or threaded in?

The one on my '82 was pressed in. I drilled out the flange from the opposite side of the frame (going through the lanyard ring hole in the frame). Take your time, and it didn't take much.

I had an Inglis that was screwed in.
I'd give it a counterclockwise turn with some sort of leverage before I broke out the drill

Mine is a 1990 Hi Power that I got from Coles, if that narrows it down any on if it's threaded or pressed in.

Is it one of the mk III's? If so let me know if you figure it out, I have one coming from him as well.

Probably pressed in, but try turning it.

The two I purchased from Coles where pressed in. I used a punch with little effort to remove them.

If it's threaded in and you don't want it PM me a price. Mine didn't come with one and I have this ugly exposed empty threaded hole on my frame.

Mine was pressed in. It just pulled out. It was on an early model.

Get new grips to cover up the hole.

I might have a threaded one. Let me check the parts box. It's yours for the postage if I do.
