Needs to be strong side (left hand), with a forward cant, and be able to be put on or taken off without removing my belt.    Prefer leather or hybrid leather, if possible. Probably unlikely.   Not finding much out there that isn't a giant kydex brick

This is what I use - though I don't use it appendix as I prefer 4oclock position and I could see how you might feel like it's a kydex brick   . In the wrong position it's not fun, but situated in the right spot, I forget about it like any other decent holster. The claw aspect does hold it closer to the body than other holsters I've used.

Doesn't meet all your requirements (because I'm happy to thread a good holster on and off my belt), but the Raven Concealment Perun works great, and you could probably switch from belt loops to clips.

I’m a fan of the Tenicor Certum Lux- was a longtime Milt Sparks Versa Max II user, and hesitant to make the switch to Kydex IWB. I carry a G19 w/ RMR and TLR7-A daily for work in one, and off duty carry the 43x TLR-7 sub. They are comfortable, easy off as needed, and very stable / secure. I can’t say the same about other holsters with clips

+1 for Tenicor.  Get the AIWB specific one if you plan to AIWB.  Tenicor rules.

Tenicor whenever possible.  Sagax Lux 2 if using a light or Certum 3 if not using a light.

I went with a Bravo Company owb , for my G/19 and G/48 very nice for the price  , they have them on E Bay they can make any way you want , have a couple of them they seem to retain the gun by the light and don`t mark up the trigger guard like alot do .

Code 4 Defence, Blackout series is a comfortable option.  Have been using one daily for over a year.
