Hellp,
I have a customer that is looking for a concealable holster for his Makarov. He wants a right handed one that clips to his belt and fits tight to the body. Since I am not familiar with the Makarov line, I figured I would ask the ones who were.

You can try Fobus holsters, there polymer, come in paddle and belt style, i have one for my Mak.

If he wants an IWB holster, you can try Red Storm holsters

Fist makes some good holsters for Maks in multiple styles in both leather and kydex. I really like the kydex IWB I have for my Sig.

Don Hume also makes some good, reasonably priced holsters for Maks. That's what I carry my Mak in.

Eric Larsen makes some pretty good holsters also. HBE Leather or HBE Leatherworks or osmething along that line.

I have a Bianchi Model 100 IBW holster for my Mak, size 10. Fits great, very comfortable and readily available. But, when I can wear an untucked cover garment, I usually carry a G19. The bellyband sees a lot more use with the Makarov.

I ordered him the Fobus roto since he wanted one that he could wear in different spots.

I know it's too late, but you might want to google Red Storm holsters - I think the fellow specializes in IWBs for Maks.
