I'm not sure exactly what it is you're asking? TTBOMK, ALL HiPowers are Belgian made with the exception of those made in Argentina, China and Canada. The Canadian ones were marked Inglis, IIRC the Chinese were stamped Norinco. The ones that were made in Argentina carry the FM manufacturers stamp. There are companies that make clones of the HiPower, some closer to the original than others. The two biggest in that regard are those from FEG and ARCUS. The last category I know about are the handguns that began by looking at the P-35 design but then created a whole new and some might say, superior design. This group would include CZ and STAR. |
