I just got a bunch for free from CDNN with my Glock mag order.

Do they decrease reliability at all?  Anyone had any trouble?  I don't want to add any more round if I'm going to decrease liability by any amount.

All of the ones i get from cdnn, get put into the trash they are junk.. If you the best and the only ones that work i would go with the factory  Glock +2. The ones from cdnn are not factory.

I have used one and when I dropped my gun with mage inserted the tits broke off of the extension resulting in it slipping forward.  I went back to all stock.  13 rounds of 45 is good enough for me.

I've used the glock, pearce, and scherer extensions and none have given me any problems... prob best to stick with glock though.

It depends on how old your mag/springs are? Older/weaker springs might get you FTF but for the most part they work ok. I would not use them for CCW because the extra length will make it harder to hide. Try them on a couple of your mags and see.

I sold mine on ebay, one guy returned a couple cause they didn't work that well on a .40 SW mag, guess they work ok on a 9mm mag.

I can barely get those last 2 rounds into my mags for my 22, is it normal for the +2 extension to cause your mags to swell when those 2 extra rounds are in?

I usually drop my mag when I put my 22 away for the day, with the +2 in, it wont drop free, I have to pull it out manually..... normal?

Most of the time, yes because the mag has no metal liner that far down toward the bottom.

Just guessing but he may have tried to use them on the Klinton castrated mags and they don't work very well at all because of the limiters inside.

Those CDNN ones gave me mag troubles. I took them off and put them on my AWB 10rders but I can only get an extra round (not 2 extra) in with them on the 10's.

They suck!   lost a spring and floorplate in the woods after it popped off filling my G23 mag.
