After searching around for a month and a half including a couple of gunshows, I finally walked into the local shop and said, "I want you to order a Kimber Ultra Carry Eclipse." Filled out the order form, left some deposit money, and now begin the agonizing 3-4 week wait as quoted from the factory. Should give me enough time for to buy the necessary Wilson mags, IWB holster, and hip holster. I'm thinking a Versa-max IWB. Anyone have an idea on the wait time? Suggestions for a hip holster? I partial to paddle because I do have to dis-arm myself fairly regularly because of various buildings I have to go into. BTW this is my 2nd Kimber. I've had a CDP for about 2 years. |
