From the way the belt loops come over the top of the holster, it looks like it might be a JM Custom kydex rig for a Glock 26/27:

Thanks! Actually, this one is for a G42.
I spent the day on Google image search trying to find one like it, but the internet is flooded with kydex holsters.

For anyone who is trying to decide on a kydex holster, JM Custom makes a top notch product.
