well I just sold my springfield xd compact 9mm for 400.00 bucks, and I am getting ready to get my 2nd glock.  I am between the 17 and the 34 which one do you guys think I should get if I am going to do pretty much target shooting and competition.  I already have a GL 26 that I carry So I wouldnt be carrying the 34 or the 17.  Any help I could get would be greatly appreciated thank you

You owe it to yourself to rent or borrow a G34 if you haven't already.  It will be a pleasant change from that 26 and you'll have a big smile on your face when you shoot it.  Nothing wrong with the 17, but that 34 is the thing for target shooting.

Unanimous implies everyone arrives at the same conclusion. I do not. I believe the G17 has a better overall balance and feel.

Sorry, I didn't see the time. I have a 35 and a 17. The 17 seems to get on target quicker for me.
