| Anyone ever install one? I tried one on my Dan Wesson Pointman and picked up about 1/8" of pre travel, and my grip safety became non-functional, allowing the hammer to fall without depressing the grip safety. Went thru several cycles of switching out with the original trigger, and the problem duplicated each time the Infinity trigger was installed, and not otherwise. When both triggers are examined side by side, the bow on the Infinity trigger is slightly shorter, and I guess that is the source of the problem. Any one else? |

If he was able to get it inside his frame (indicated by non functioning grip safety) he definitely has the right one.
A gunsmith can "adjust" your grip safety to work. It may need to be replaced if not, and you REALLY want to use the SVI trigger. The pretravel can be adjusted. |

There is a visible gap between the back of the trigger bow and the disconnector. BTW, Brownells has responded that this should not occur, and has asked to have the parts returned. |
