I am looking at a used 3rd Gen G19 locally.
Owner says it was bought in 03' and has about 3K rounds down the pipe. He's asking $450 for the gun with 2 mags. Is this a fair asking price? |

I'm not sure what pricing is like in your area, but I'd say no.
Don't get me wrong, 3,000 rounds is nothing on a 19. But, I see used, current-year manufacture 19s with much less than 3,000 rounds through them sell in gun shops for $430 around here. I would think you should be able to get the one in question for $400, $425 tops. |

I pretty much agree with others
G19 with regular sights and two mags in a gunstore should be more or less minty to get $450.and fairly current year wise. Night sights would bump the price on a newer gun but that old and they are getting pretty tired. As others have said 3K rounds are nothing on a G19 but an older gun like that in my area would be $400ish in a store and more like $360-375 at a private sale |

I am FD and have bought all 9 of my Glocks through that program over the last 5 years. If you don't have a dealer near you, you can buy directly from Glock and have the firearm shipped to a local dealer. Cost a little more but saves a lot in the end. |
